Your nurse practitioner, who works under your supervision, failed to arrange a timely consult for outpatient IV antibiotic treatment for my 88 year old mother. It took 3 days to get urgent messages answered by Robyn or your staff. By then is was Friday and a three day weekend upon us. My mother will now have to pay for a 5 days in the hospital JUST FOR IV ANTIBIOTICS. I also never got the personal call back from you to discuss her "care" that I had requested. Mom lives alone, drives, shops, cooks, goes to the gym. She does not ask her children for help. She is not an old lady who can be mismanaged until her family steps in. Her symptoms and labs were just the same on Monday when Roby Householder saw my mom as they were on Friday, minus me, her concerned daughter. On Tuesday the care plan was a 1-800 number left on mom's voice mail to an unknown clinic that had no orders or a referral when she called. On Friday I was told to get her to the ER.
