OMG !!!! I AM READING HTESE REVOEWS AND I AM LIKE THATS WHAT I SEE AS WELL. $$$$$ -- I HAVE CREDIT ON THEIR BOOKS -- AND GUESS WHAT NO ONE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT SENDING IT BACK - THIS HAS BEEN SINCE MARCH 2025 -- WE ARE IN AUGUST 2025 -- OMG .... I WILL GET MY $$ BACK AND I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS OFFICE. EVERY TIME I WENT IT WAS $30.00 -- EVEN FOR RESULTS .... BUT U NEVER LEAVE HIS OFFICE W/ ANY PAPER ABOUT ANYTHING --- TEST ME AT HOME - 30.00 - THEN WE NEED TO TEST YOU IN THE OFFICE - 30.00 AND INBETWEEN 30.00 FOR EACH FOR RESULTS ... AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE TAKING CO-PAYMENTS -- NOW IM GOING IN CIRCLE TO GET MY $$ BACK ...

Terrible. As other reviews mentioned, as soon as your 2nd visit, you will be asked to pay all costs before the billing clears insurance. His staff will call and demand payments over the phone a few days before your next appointment even if you haven't received an invoice. if you don't pay during that call, they will cancel your scheduled appointment and don't care if insurance hasn't reviewed the open charges yet or if you have not received your EOB. Paid a few thousand in start- up costs towards the program only to have a next appointment canceled over an open bill that was under $100, and because I refused to pay over the phone without being able to see first what the open charges pertained to. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. No longer a patient there!! Good luck if you go to his practice. Much better places to go.

RUN FAR AWAY!!! This doctor is only interested in money and will waste your time just to get paid! At first, I thought I had found a doctor who truly cared about my chronic insomnia after my initial visit. Unfortunately, that feeling was short-lived. He recommended a sleep study to figure out the cause of my insomnia. Before the study, I warned the office repeatedly that I have difficulty sleeping even under ideal conditions and that I usually need a sedative to fall asleep. Despite calling the office multiple times to ask if I could take a sedative during the study, I never received a clear answer. Every time I called, they promised to get back to me, but they never did. Finally, I was able to reach the technician running the test, who suggested trying the study without a sedative and taking one only if I couldn't sleep. Predictably, I didn’t get any sleep during the study, and by the time I took the sedative, it was too late to make a difference. The technician told me I had slept… for 22 minutes, but I knew I had been awake the entire time. Nevertheless, he assured me that the study results could still be analyzed for a diagnosis. After waiting the week they told me it would take for the results, I called the office to follow up, but they kept saying the results weren't ready. Finally, after two weeks, they called to say they had the results and that I needed to schedule an in-person appointment to review them. I was scheduled to see the doctor’s assistant instead of the doctor himself, which immediately felt off. When I questioned why I wasn’t seeing the doctor, the receptionist brushed it off, saying this was their normal process. I asked if the assistant would be able to prescribe the necessary medications based on the findings of the study, and the receptionist assured me they would. Trusting them, I drove two hours to get to the office. But then, instead of giving me any useful information or solutions, they told me I had to redo the entire sleep study! They hadn’t told me this in advance and clearly just wanted to bill me and my insurance for another round of testing. This doctor and his office are unprofessional and clearly more focused on maximizing profits than helping patients. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

This man is the picture of dishonor. He does not do right by patients. He is very incompetent but thinks he is the best! Very narcissistic and needs to be #1! He has major issues. Comes off as caring at first but as you get to know him you will see how disingenuous and disinterested he is in your care. He is inappropriate with women. Do not take any medications from this man. He will hurt you and not care. Then push you off to specialists. Also if you put in a call to him he will never call you back. Unless you’re paying him he has no interest! He is all about $$$ and he is a liar!! His staff covers for him and his dishonesty. Shame on them! Horrible human being and doctor!

medically, no problem. Staff, no problem. Wait time (in waiting room), BIG PROBLEM! I mean, how many emergencies can you have in a sleep doctors office? Apparently quite a few. I have seen Dr. Kashi on several occasions and only once was I seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Every other time was at least 30 minutes past the appointed time and once I left after waiting 75 minutes. Worse than the wait is the fact that NO ONE on staff bothers to say anything like "We had an emergency" or "sorry you had to wait so long". I'm betting that if I showed up 75 minutes late, I wouldn't be seen.

Pretentious doctors who act as if they care but not really, bother me. Unpleasant to say the least.

He is so smart, kind, and perfect

The first time I saw him he was outstanding. Listened to everything I had to say and was very thorough. As I went with more problems, sometimes follow ups, other times illnesses, he got less and less interested in listening or caring. The last time I went in he asked me what procedures I had tried instead of consulting my chart prior. After a day I spent in the ER I had a medication question and he did not respond back to my phone message I left with his receptionist.

Dr Kashi himself was ok. Easy to talk to, explains things well. However the office staff really dropped the ball for me. It took me 2 months and many phone calls to get them to send the appropriate paperwork to get off my CPAP machine (and they still haven't sent it!).
