THE DOCTOR- I am very thankful and appreciative to Dr Kyle Acosta for the great experience and results of my eyelid surgery. Before my surgery, I had droopy lids and fat pockets under my eyes from aging. It looked terrible.... and what he did was absolutely BEAUTIFUL work! He is -specialty trained- in this area and has 30 years of experience in the eyes...I did plenty of research and saw 3 other doctors before choosing him.. He specializes in ONLY THE EYES.. and he is AMAZING at what he does! After my research, I felt confident and knew I was in the best hands possible. He was also recommended highly by an Opthalmologist many years ago when I had inquired. Dr. Kyle Acosta is highly educated, experienced, and professional, and I am so happy I chose him to do my procedure.. MY PAIN LEVEL- I was extremely surprised to realize I had absolutely ZERO PAIN after surgery. I was given something in the event I had pain, but did not have a need to take those... I took a Tylenol… twice, and for no reason.. just for the heck of it... because I HAD NO PAIN AT ALL... THE STAFF- was courteous, polite and friendly, and treated me well... I never waited very long at any time I was there.. Even though I asked a lot of questions, I was always treated kindly and questions were answered honestly.. The doctor and office staff was sure to contact me several times at home after surgery to check on me and answer any questions I may have had.. THE ANESTHESIOLOGISTS-was very careful to not cause any pain whatsoever, even in sticking me... I literally felt zero pain...Her lovng care helped to make my experience great! PRICING- In comparision with other doctors doing this procedure, he was VERY REASONABLE and FAIR... Many thanks to you, Dr Acosta and staff.. I will recommend you highly to everyone I meet … I love my results!!!!

Great doc, it’s just that every time I see him, I have to wait more than 1 hour (definitely > 1.5 hours) past scheduled appointment time.

I was very disappointed with the results of my surgery and I discussed it with Dr. Acosta. He advised me to give it time to heal and if I still wasn't satisfied that he would do the surgery again. He continued to reschedule month after month with excuse after excuse until I knew that he would not operate again and I had lost all confidence in his abilities. This procedure was a total waste of time and money and a huge disappointment.

He removed a lesion on my lower eyelid. You would never know it was there. He explained the procedure very well and was not in a hurry. No pain from beginning to the end. His staff is also very friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely use him in the future. pm

Dr. Acosta is truly one-of-a-kind. His expertise is phenomenal and his heart is made of gold. I was referred to Dr. Acosta by a local plastic surgeon who performed eyelid surgery on me and, due to the unacceptable outcome, performed 4 additional surgeries on me in an attempt to correct the problem he created. This left me unable to open my eyelid completely and eyes that didn't quite line up, looking quite freaky. After acknowledging that he could not fix the problem he created, this doctor referred me to Dr. Kyle Acosta, telling me that HE WOULD PAY for my expenses. Upon his referral, this doctor spoke directly with Dr. Acosta about my case, indicating at the time of his referral, that he would pay the expenses for corrective surgery. After months of healing from the first 5 surgeries performed on me by Dr. #1, Dr. Acosta then proceeded with 3 hours of MAJOR eyelid surgery and several small follow-up procedures over several weeks to get my eyelid fully functional again and… getting both eyelids to match up. At the end of my healing, and only after my total satisfaction with Dr. Acosta's procedures, Dr. #1 continued his deceitfulness about paying up, and in the end , refused to pay anything, ignoring requests for payment. Dr. Acosta has refused to accept any money from me--not one cent. Yes, Dr. Kyle Acosta is the absolute perfectionist at what he does, going above and beyond anything imaginable. I will be forever grateful to him. For me, the only positive thing Dr. #1 did was to refer me to Dr. Kyle Acosta. I owe so much to Dr. Acosta. He is the absolute best at what he does and his concern for his patients is extraordinary.

Very compassionate, honest and easy to talk to. He wants what is best for the patient.

Dr. Acosta and his staff are wonderful. Great experience from my first consultation to my last post operative visit.

I was originally scheduled to have upper and lower eyelids done. Dr. Acosta show me how the uppers would look by rolling up the excess skin with a Q-tip type device. That made my eyes look much more open. After reading some information on the Internet I had some questions about how helpful it would be since I have a heavy forehead . I spoke to Dr. Acosta the night before the surgery and he said we would make the decision together on the morning of the schedule surgery and that he would show me again what results to expect. When I arrived the next morning the unpleasant lady at the reception desk had the wrong information and asked if I was having just lower lids done and I told her what I had discussed with Dr. Acosta. She seemed really ticked off saying there was not enough time schedule for both sets of eyelids. When Dr. Acosta came into the pre op room he immediately told me without discussion that he wanted to do only the lowers and that I would not benefit from having the… uppers done. Prior to that morning he had been all set to do both upper and lower. I have absolutely no doubt that this unpleasant woman convinced him to say this to save time in their scheduling so they could get more surgical patients paying more money that day. I never even had him look at the lids again or give me a chance to say I wanted it all. Once the lower lids were complete I was very disappointed. He removed too much fat from under my left eye and now the eye looks bruised underneath all the time because there is not adequate fat to hide underlying veins. The right eye is fine but a year and a half postop my left eye just continues to look worse. This was a tremendous disappointment to me as it was costly and did not improve my overall appearance around the eyes. I think it was highly unprofessional for Dr. Acosta to go with what a receptionist told him rather than what his patient wanted.
