Worst experience ever

Dr Groom has been my Dr since 2006. He and his staff have always treated me well. He is very knowledgeable and trust him completely with my healthcare needs.

Never got to see dr groom. Was referred to another dr by his office for speciality. Then was condemned for taking the meds that dr gave me. Then was told I had too much of one medication in blood when I had taken the other. Receptionist lied about my family emergency contact. This office needs supervision and revamped! In a tragic time in my life. Was left to deal with everything alone. They didn't even know what was going on. But didn't mind adding to rumors. I'm a private person and didn't mind not telling the entire town my business. This office didn't mind telling entire town what they thought and assumed was my business.

The doctor is there 3 or 4 days a month, the NP's are a revolving door of new people when you go, always different, some of the nurses speak down to you in a condescending and intimidating manner, you feel as if no one is managing you health care, you have no right to question anyone.

My family and Company have used Dr. Groom's office for 6 years now. He has provided the best service's and care, with a great staff behind him. I would highly recommend his office for all your needs.

Dr Groom is an excellent and caring doctor. I highly recommend him.
