Dr. Lance Jeffrey Klingler, MD

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Klingler and Concord Orthopeadics. I was seen on time and treated very well. Being seen on time is something of a rarety these days. Interactions with Dr. Klingler were great and I'm hoping the injection he gave me will help relieve the arthritis in my wrist. This was not my first visit with Dr. Klingler I saw him in 2014 for Carpal Tunel surgery and follow ups. I was very impressed with him in 2014 and thus asked to be seen by him again here in 2026. I have been very happy with him and would recommend his services. I will see him again in the future if I have a need. Please keep up the good work!

Dr. Klingler is the best! I had him take care of a finger injury last year. Great doc!

He didn’t close the door during my appointment, asked me why I was there, had to leave the room to check my x-rays which he forgot he ordered, and shouted down the hall to me before walking back in and still not closing the door. When I tried to explain why I was there and what I’ve done and want to do, he interrupted me, talked about a completely different part of my hand, made a plan for that part, and left the room. Absolutely horrendous experience, I cancelled all future appointments with him and will never see him again.

Was very quick in addressing my condition and providing a solution. Only thing I would have liked is a rundown of what to expect after my cortisone shot, like how long my thumb would be numb

I drive 1-1/2 hours to see Dr.Klinger because he is worth seeing! He is always full of smiles and is very honest with you. The staff is always great and wait time and appointments are fabulous. He has given me shots that have made me feel better and hopefully eliminate surgery. I won’t see anyone else.

I have been going to concord orthopedics for many years, for several issues. I cannot say enough about how happy am that I have found this practice. Dr Klingler has been exceptional in helping me with my issue .

Been to see Dr. Lance Klingler twice so far and both times were great experiences!

Would give zero stars if I could. Dr Klingler was in my room for 1 minute. He recommended two different surgeries only after looking at a 10 month old X-ray and my wrist for a minute. Didn’t answer any questions, my appointment totaled about 5 minutes. I luckily got a second opinion and a new X-ray was taken before seeing the doctor and some non-surgical options and an mri were given to me to try to treat before jumping into surgery. Also took three voicemails and harassing the front desk people to talk to someone about my complaint. Don’t go here, might end up having surgery you don’t even need.
