Arrived for appointment to discover staff and clients unmasked and not socially distanced. Clearly patient safety is low priority here, despite current high case count in county.

I went in for skin cancer. But was referred to their spa by the office manager. I called to make a complaint and was ignored

Botched a minor surgery and left me permanently disfigured

Dr apt within days of having a lesion on my forehead come out of nowhere. It was examined by Dr Finkel and he suspected it was a skin cancer and he removed it immediately. I followed up with a surgeon to have MOH procedure to make sure all skinncancer was gone. The doctor was very nice and correctly diagnosed a skin cancer and the healing time and scarring was minimal. I live far frommwarrenton but I give this doctor five stars, and I am an RN

Dr Finkel has a funny nice personality. He is quick to put you at ease and professional about his work. The problem is being able to tolerate his office staff. I found them to be snippy, rude and down-right witches. And office staff his who you see first when entering an office. It is what makes or breaks a doctors success. He needs to revamp his staff.

I made an appointment for my husband to go here because our dermotologist could not get him in for months. He had places on his forhead that looked like acne but were not and needed to be removed. He had this done before and no pain or scarring- also done same day-no need for another appointment. He went for his first visit and was in and out, and sent home with acne treatment after I told them over the phone what the visit was for. I also asked for enough time to be left for this procedure to be done, and she said no problem. I called back after my husband got home from the appointment to let them know (nicely) that we were not happy and that us paying for an acne treatment for a condition that was knowingly not acne was not acceptable. We made another appointment and he went back. The doctor made a comment and asked my husband if his wife(me) were Spanish. What does that mean? I'm not, but was it because I called them out on their work? For 45 minutes, the doctor and his… assistant gouged my husbands head and did not give him anything to numb him. When he was done, told him to be sure to tell his wife that his head would take time to heal. My husbands head looked like someone attacked him with a box cutter. Shotty work that my husband has to wear for ever as scars. He has small square dented scars on his forhead. That day his head was so bloody and swollen. It took months for this to heal and looked horrible. My husband was so embarrased and in a lot of pain afterwards. When he had the procedure done before, the doctor made small pin sized holes and drained. No pain, no scars, same day appointment healed in a few days. I have no respect for this doctor's office, and we will never go back.

The office is very nice and the front office staff was extremely helpful. The nurse and the doctor didn't seem to have much bedside manner and I felt I was rushed by both of them. He spent about 2 minutes with me and seemed more interested in his dog there than his patients. Won't be going back or making any referrals.

He could not do a simple surgical procedure for the alloted time; said I had to make another appt. (more $$ in his pocket). No personality whatsoever!

Dr. Finkel is a great dermatologist overall. He does move on quite quickly, but he finishes the task at hand and does it well.

My daughter saw Dr Finkel for over a year for eczema. Very nice guy and great staff. Very unhappy however with the time he spent with us and his care or lack there of for follow-up. I feel his office is much more geared toward his cosmetic patients than to those with real dermatologic conditions requiring treatment. I will be going back to my old pediatric dermatologist even though they do not participate with my insurance and are almost an hour away.
