"Should have pursued legal action when we could for damages caused due to gross negligence and who knows what else. We are still figuring out what all long term problems he may have caused from what was supposedly a routine procedure. He refused to listen to our concerns and warnings of infection susceptibility. He just blew us off and... Guess what? Severe infection post procedure! Do not let this man operate on you. He absolutely disgusts me. "

I have had him since I was 18 years old from Christie Clinic days and followed him over to Normal. I am now 54 and still finds him to be the best dr for me. He listens to me, his staff is always kind and I dread the day he retires. He is the best.

Dr. Gratkins and staff are awesome. Recommend them highly.

he has delivered two soon to be 3 of my 5 children he is an excellent Dr . great personality and you can tell he loves children .

The staff is horrible. The nurse is the most rude and offensive. The office manager is horrid. Dr. Gratkins has no power, his nurse, the dog do on you shoe, does. She deliberately hurt me withdrawing blood by pinching the needle into my hand. I told her it hurt some and she said, 'Do you want me to start over!' in the most condescending way. I wanted her to not pinch the needle, not start over. That was only the beginning. She will f.. you up in every way that she can. Be careful here. Anything Dr. Gratkins tells you means nothing. The nurse is in charge and I hope she gets her Karma, and same with the 'office manager', every nightmare you never want to encounter.

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been too. I had some tests done (no one told me what for) and then they said that the tests were very important and that I should have results back in 2 days time. I was told that if I notice any changes or feel worse to call the ER immediately. I didn't get any phone call from them for over 4 days and when I called I was bounced around from person to person. The office manager would not give me any explanation or help. When I asked for some insight into what the tests were for and when I should know something she then told me that "You are not worth a doctor being called" and that someone will get back to me when they find the time. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!

Dr. Gratkins is amazing and has helped me through 3 difficult pregnancies, including one ectopic that led to an emergency hysterectomy. I wouldn't ever go to anybody else, and literally trust this man with my life and my children's lives!

Love the office environment and the staff. I feel Dr. Gratkins and Dr. Deb are great~

This is an excellent physician. When you see an OB_GYN you have to expect to have to wait at times for your appt. Delivering babies must come 1st. He is an exceptionally well trained doctor and has wonderful patient skills-bedside manner. I have been a patient of his since he began his practice. My adult daughter is also a patient of his and she went through infertility treatments and now has a beautiful daughter. He really provides excellent care.
