Her staff has no professionalism, and they did help us. I waited to see her by phone more than an hour and I never see her. I am still waiting for my XR results.

She doesn't care about patients, maybe she cares how much she will charge the insurance. She is always in a rush to leave. She has no time to listen about our pain.

I don't know why anyone would give this office staff anything lower than a five star rating. Everyone is absolutely wonderful. When I walk in, they always say, "Don't even sit down. We are taking you in to see the doctor right now." They obviously know how to time the doctor visits. The last Rheumatologist office I use to go to, I always waited at least two hours to see the doctor. I only stayed going there due to loving my doctor but, she moved to Miami and I started going to this office. Dr. Miranda is wonderful and very personable and very knowledgable about new meds. The staff always returns calls, lets you know when referrals are due, are very polite and treat you like they really care about your health issues. I always compliment them when I have an appointment here. They are a pleasure to deal with and no stress.
