Dr. Lisa Lynn Miller, MD

I chose Lisa Miller based on her good reviews. My experience was very different and very disappointing as I had waited months to see her. She is your typical doctor who doesn't seem to care. She has seemingly no compassion, wants to rush you out the door, wants to treat symptoms instead of finding the root cause of the problem, brushes off concerns instead of testing to be sure, isn't aware of modern problems and current testing, and looks for low-hanging fruit to prescribe meds rather than analyzing the collection of one's symptoms to come up with an accurate diagnosis based on the whole picture. I've had to go to the ER and urgent care several times since seeing her due to difficulty breathing and swallowing. We're still trying to figure out what is wrong, but the doctors I'm seeing now are at least trying.

Dr. Miller not only gives sound advice and specific instructions, she listens. A doctor who really listens to what patients are saying is not the norm today. A friend referred her to me, and I am forever grateful.

Physical- very good visit, did not feel rushed, got all my questions answered, initial wait for check-in at front desk was longer 10 min or more line out door, ladies kept asking for help due to some new student program (Guilford College students?) Visit was great after that, Susan and Dr. Miller are 5 stars

I have always had a great experience at Eagle Physicians at Guilford College. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I really like seeing Dr. Miller. She always listens to what your saying and will really spend time with you to make sire your getting the best care.

Annual physical was thorough and questions answered. Encouraged to get flu shot instead of waiting & reviewed other immunizations. Review of bloodwork and discussion of medications and recommendations were helpful.

My appointment was for my Welcome to Medicare physical. Everything about it was good. I was seen quickly, the nurse was very professional, friendly and purposeful. Dr. Miller was kind and covered all bases. When I left, I felt that I had been seen and heard.
