Dr. Lori Lee Hanes, MD

I called in for refill and was told I had to make an appointment and only would let me come in 3 days during my work. I asked about the cost for the visit and I became upset. The times we are in right now money is tight and to pay to just get a refill was absurd. I had been into to see the Dr within last 6 months. The staff started talking to me like I was child then the office manager told me. "If you don't have money for food you can't expect to go the grocery store and get food for free" WOW think twice about this response from a Dr office during a global pandemic. Seems to go against the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. These people are only there to get your money and not to actually help.

Treated with wrong mess and overcharged for everything she could!!! Very disappointed.

She has always taken the best of care of myself and my husband. I wouldnt trade for her with anyone
