Dr. Marc Bergman, MD

This was my second visit at Dr. Bergman and I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire office and staff. The front desk is excellent, making the appointment was easy, checking procedure were done one line and when I got to the office the wait was less than 5 minutes. Very professional and nice personnel took my vitals and they performed an X-ray on my knee. Dr. Bergman came promptly, examined me and suggested a cortisone shot which he administered totally painless. I was very impressed, my flu shot hurt more that this injections. The effect of the cortisone shot was very good my pain is gone for now. I highly recommend Dr. Bergman and his office, very kind, professional and sensible towards his patients.

Disappointing Experience with Dr. Marc Bergman I recently visited Dr. Marc Bergman for severe lower back pain. My experience was unfortunately disappointing for several reasons. Despite my severe pain, Dr. Bergman only took an X-ray of my lower back, and order PT. I specifically requested an MRI to understand the full extent of my condition, but he insisted it wasn't necessary. I tried reaching out to Dr. Bergman multiple times for further discussion. Each attempt resulted in unsatisfactory responses(he refused to call me back). I was informed by someone in his office through the doctor that my insurance wouldn't cover an MRI without six weeks of therapy first, a policy I wasn't previously aware of. Dr. Bergman was unwilling to consider an appeal for the MRI. (the reason he provided was that it was unnecessary.) The final correspondence received from his office with someone calling me back on behalf of the Dr…I was essentially told to find another physician if I was unhappy. As a… patient, it's crucial to feel heard and understood by your healthcare provider. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Dr. Bergman. I believe in the importance of constructive feedback, hence sharing my experience. My hope is that this will prompt a re-evaluation of patient care and communication within the practice.

Dr Bergman is a very competent and caring physician.. He was able to relieve my shoulder pain in one visit. I highly recommend Dr Bergman !

DR MARC BERGMAN HAS NO COMPASSION & NO IDEA WHAT THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH EVEN MEANS. MY WIFE HAD AN APPOINTMENT, FILLED OUT ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK. ONCE INSIDE THE CUBICLE WOULD NOT LOOK AT OR TOUCH HER KNEE OR ANKLE. TOLD HER TO GO BACK TO VIRGINIA TO SEE THE SURGEON. WE NOW LIVE IN FLORIDA. HIS TITLE OF “DR” IS VERY, VERY QUESTIONABLE.

Went to a few drs who either misdiagnosed me or just didn't know how to help me. One dr wanted to rush me into surgery. Dr Bergman knew what the issue was immediately. I felt that he was knowledgeable and honest. He offered me conservative treatment and I'm pleased to report I am better. Thank you!

Dr Bergman is a great Doctor, 10 stars. Office staff is 2 stars. Inefficient, unprofessional, poor listening skills and follow up. The most inefficient office staff I've ever encountered in a Doctors office. Very Bad

Extremely helpful and polite staff. Found the Doctor and his PA knew their stuff. More important they explained everything to me. Made me feel important and comfortable. Great 1st visit. Definetly recommend
