First saw this doctor about 5 years ago for a mild skin condition. It was fine at first, but over the years I waited longer and longer I the waiting room. Instead of only being seen twice a year, it was now 5-6 times a year. The last time I am done with this doctor. Waited over 2-1/2 hours and still about 3 away from getting in the exam room. I left. Never to return. This doctor overbooks, strings patients along and is rude. Went to another dermatologist down the street and loved this new doctor. Now back to twice a year checkups. Stay away from this doctor.

My appointment was for 10:20am, Dr Pucevich saw me at 11:50am and I left the office at 12:00noon. I have been going to see her off and on for about 12 years, and today will be my last visit.

First visit with this doctor. I will never return. When I told her I am starting to have allergic reactions to mosquito bites she told me to wear bug spray. I told her I do and it doesn't help. She didn't hear my response because she had moved on to telling me I should stay inside. RUDE! No direction on possible laser treatment we discussed for permanent red color on my neck. Did not understand that I wanted to make appointments to remove vericose veins as well as a "shaving scar" massive red bump that showed up on my leg three years ago, NOT from shaving... The lady who was to check me out was rude, and after I waited for a long time for her to finish a phone call she then starts discussing with another employee near her desk how the girl should get some rest. When she finally gets to me, she says, "Yeah. I have no idea who you are." I wasn't sent to check out with paper work so she had to go get it. Rude staff and an even ruder doctor. I walked out of the office with my jaw dropped… at how awful the visit had gone. I've never had the health insurance for a dermatologist and this was my first visit (btw, the office made me wait 6 months to get in for THAT?) and what a let down. I have about 10 major skin conditions that I am worried about right now. A few I have had for 6+ years. Way to treat your patients, doc. I'm STUNNED!

I waited months for an appointment. I was going for two minor reasons. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours, and by the time Dr. Pucevich saw me, the staff was going home for the day and the doctor was very impatient with me. She said, "What are you here for?" and I told her the two minor things. She said, "I only have time for one thing, so which is it?" I meekly said, "Um, I guess the mole since it could be cancer". She said it was fine and sent me on my way. I understand that doctors can run behind schedule. I was nothing but patient and polite, but I got the feeling she didn't care about me and since it was after closing time, she wanted to get out of there. I felt like I was annoying her just by being there. My dad likes her, so I don't know if I caught her on a bad day, but I do know I won't be going back there again.

My PC made and appointment for me with Ms. Pucevich, for he felt that I needed a stat biopsy on a lesion that for almost 4 years we believed that I am having recurring shingles. A biopsy was the 100% sure way to know. Her office did fit me in within 2 days, I did have to wait about 30 minutes but was fine for she did fit me in. She was abrupt with me the moment she walked in the door, I had notes written so she could read my 4 year history. She took no time to read them and she would not let me finish a sentence. I felt that she would dismiss anything I was trying to explain. She did take the biopsy and while I was lying face down on the table, shoved the bloody blade up to my eyeball and said, "see its just a pimple". When I began to protest she waved me off and said "we'll know for sure with this biopsy". I left there feeling very dissapointed in the way I was treated but thought at least we got the biopsy. Five days later the nurse called me with my results, and I found that… the Dr. really did dismiss me for she did not have it tested for what my family Dr. and myself asked for. In speaking with friends and family of this incident, I have found that a few of them have also experienced Ms. Pucevich. Their first words to me were,"Why did you go to her, I went to her once and she was so ignorant I would never go back" I write this for we as human beings deserve better care and compassion. Please consider another physician.
