Completely incompetent staff

Run from this General Practice at all cost. I was diagnosed with Cancer and this Group of Doctors was assigned as my PCP with my HMO. Alarming how incompetent and confused and uneducated the staff and Doctors are who work in these offices. The Doctor from Russia has no idea that he is the PCP and does not understand that responsibility at all. You will not get a call with your results of any tests and you can leave numerous messages and you will not get a call back. The staff can't be bothered with anything remotely close to performing the most basic tasks and they treat the patients very disrespectfully . Both my Radiologist and Insurance rep had same experience and told me to quickly switch PCP. They all come across very insecure and unaware. They lack humility .

Worse doctors office I have ever seen

All of my judgement at this time is from the assistant. The front office staff and physician were great! My wife is the one who does the cosmetic procedures and she loves good deals!

My first impression is the front office staff is very loud & not very attentive. Dr. Gold is one of my favorite people on Earth. Jovana is an angel. I adore Stella. Great staff.

This doctor and her staff are unprofessional and unethical. The office and facility is dirty and unkept. It appears that the staff is unhappy and it reflects on the way they interact with the patients. It almost feels like this is a mafia, most of the staff (& Dr) are Russian or Armenian, they hold conversation in that language in front of patiente. I was being seen and the "nurse" that was assisting was on a personal phone call on her cell!! Very unprofessional - plus the dr. is never there - the place looks like a slum!

I asked for a series of blood test to be run, she said she would run them and brushed off my list. Blood work came back and she didn't run a few that I specifically asked for and questioned me. I also got a pap smear for her and it was the most painful pap I've ever had. In reviewing the results, she breezed through them, was all over the place, and FORGOT to tell me results of my tests until I prompted her. I went in for an overall exam which consisted had to remind her to give me a breast exam. And at the end of the day, her prescription for my fatigue issue was to take diet pills (highly caffeinated pills) and never tried to help get my levels up, she just wanted to mask the issue and ignore the source. LASTLY, I came in after lunch for my appointment and they ran a blood test on me. They neglected to ask if I had eaten in the last 8 hours (which I had), so when my results came back, they were in accurate, I basically wasted my time and blood by going there.

I have been seeing Dr. Gold since approximately 1996 and she is one of the most caring doctors I know. I have seen many doctors to get help for my medical problems, but none took the time to be concerned about all my health issues except Dr. Gold. Yes she suggested (never forced) that I take vitamins not covered under my medical plan, but other doctors have done so also. Her health care center is excellent with pain management and holistic anti-aging treatment. I will continue to receive excellent medical treatment from Dr. Gold.
