This doctor had very little time for me. I told him I thought I was losing hearing at the higher levels. He said, "Yes you are." and that was that. I learned NOTHING.Then it took three months to get on to the portal and now it is four months and the audiological report has yet to be posted. I tried calling, but they are eating lunch. What business does not stagger the lunch hour for their employees? Annoying and useless.

Very rude front desk in Middletown!! His other staff is great! Go to Cheshire or Guilford, much more pleasant, especially when not feeling well! Would absolutely recommend Dr. Dagostino to family and friends.

Pre surgery caring and confident in skill and surgery post surgery doesn't want to know you if dealing with side affects and having trouble with recovery. Worst mistake of my life.

Think twice about Robotic sleep apnea surgery. Yes, it is new and sounds cool. But they are still getting the bugs out as I learned. There are many taste buds impacted during the surgery and now 8 months after, I have chronic sore throat and issues with taste (cannot drink hot liquids or any spicy foods). Apnea better but not gone away.

I have been plagued for years with vertigo and too many ear problems to list. I was recommended to Dr. Dagostino and was impressed from walking in the door...kind caring staff and the amount of time and compassion Dr. Dagostino showed me while I was literally unable to stand or walk due to dizziness. I left knowing I will always have great care.. I will be back when need be. I did wait about 30 min to see the doctor but it was explained to me that there was an emergency in the office which I know was uncontrollable.

I went to see Dr. D'Agostino for a sleep apnea problem. He was very kind, informative and on top of his game. Couldn't ask for a better doctor in the field. I would recommend to anyone.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. D'Agostino. He performed sleep apnea surgery by removing my tonsils, part of my uvula, soft palate and base of tongue with the DaVinci Robot. He is a pioneer in this field of surgery and is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I was at ease with the surgery and am looking forward to a new lease on life because of it.

I would not recommend this practice. The staff members are rude. I was told by the radiology tech that my doctor would have the results that day or the very next morning. When I called to see if the results I was told I was supposed to get a CD and then make an appointment. The doctor did not mention this when we spoke. She also told me that I need to call the radiology tech and ask where the got their information from because they don't get the results that fast. I am the patient/customer completly inappropriate to talk to me that way. I am now searching for a new provider.

after surgery that was supposed to cure my snoring....I snore more than ever but now suffer daily with constant sinus and throat issues that are almost unbearable. I am contimplating a medical malpractice suit.
