My first consultation with Dr. Wagner was fantastic!! He was informative, gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m actually looking forward to my operation with newfound hope.

Had a full hip replacement surgery yesterday at OSI. The admitting staff/nurses, OR staff, Anesthesiologist, Dr. Wagner, recovery room staff (especially Mandy) & the PT Dr were all an absolute pleasure to work with. Made my stay & procedure very easy. Dr. Wagner is the BEST! The THA he did for me almost a year ago at Meridian Park went smoothly without problems. Almost a year later I am still walking better than ever. This surgery restored my mobility. Thank-you , Dr. Wagner! I reccomend you to anyone with hip problems.

For me, the biggest thing as a patient is a trust in my physician - that I feel heard, that questions are answered, that there might even be questions to me about my own expectations from a surgery. Dr. Wagner was my surgeon, and he did all of the above. When I had unexpected complications, he was right there explaining what needed to be done. It wasn’t only his knowledge, skill and compassion that made me trust the process; his team (Kayla Moody PA, Carmen) was also skilled and responsive. I never even waited a day for a call back from any of the staff (Michelle) nor did I ever feel rushed by Dr. Wagner. At the end of any phone conversation with the staff, they would say “Just call us if you have any more questions.” And they meant it. To say I’m grateful is an understatement. I’d recommend Orthopedics NW without reservation. If/when I need the other hip replaced, I’m heading back to Dr. Wagner.
