Dr. Mark Staton Lyell, MD

I came in today with a 8mm kidney stone stuck in my upper ureter. Dr. Lyell was definitely straight to the point and quick with telling me what we would be doing about the issue etc; You can tell he is straight to the point but I am confident in his knowledge and ability.

Dr. Lyell was direct with his diagnosis and plan for me. I was comfortable with his experience and knowledge.

Very fast , in an out. Staff was very friendly.

Recently went through radiation treatment about a year and a half ago. Everything is coming out just the way Dr Lyle said it would I trust Dr Lyle and feel comfortable talking to him about my condition.

I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes before my scheduled visit. I waited 10 minutes. They brought me to the back took my weight and set me in a room to wait for Dr Lyell five minutes later Dr Lyell came in and did everything he was supposed to do. I’ve noticed if you make an early morning appointment your wait time is a lot less than if you have an appointment after lunch.

From the time I walk in the office I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff behind the counter to. the Staff that directed me to the back treatment room. and later Dr Lyell came in with a warm friendly hand shake and proved to give me the results of my test and ask me if I had any questions regarding my report and he listened carefully and responded with what I needed to hear. Thank you sincerely for making my visit a pleasant one.

I went for my third visit today. All the staff has been very nice. I havent had to wait very long for any visit. Dr Lyell has been great. Spent enough time to go over my issue and answered questions. Has been very good.

He was informative and kind

Dr. Lyell got to the point and soon told me I needed to have a nuclear MAG3 scan. He had already read my recent CT scan results and blood tests reports. He answered my questions, and after he asked, I gave him the dates of my kidney stone history and procedures. He takes one step at a time and I’m to return after the scan. My husband really liked the doctor’s formula; preparation ahead of time and initial meeting brief and to the points, complete with a couple of questions from me.
