Dr. Mark J. Niederee, MD

Dr. Niederee and all the staff I encountered are true professionals. They were laser focused on their work. (Trait of high performers) Very straightforward and no nonsense, but enough personality that you don't feel like just another number.

I recently had my second surgery done by Dr. Niederee - he and his team have been fantastic on both of the surgeries! He is very thorough on his pre-surgery office appointments and his team is very easy and helpful when scheduling appointments that fit everyone's schedules. On my most recent surgery I had some questions about my medications and another issue I was having after my initial office visit. In order to make sure that we could keep my surgery date his wonderful nurse Juana called and set up a meeting within 3 days so Dr. Niederee could follow up on the issue that came up after my first office visit. The pre-surgery check-in process at the hospital where Dr. Niederee would do the surgery was great - all of my history and pre-surgery tests were done before the day of surgery. This made it very easy on my surgery day. Dr. Niederee visited me before and after the surgery, he had a great team of operating room nurses and anesthesiologists and pre and post surgery nurses to… take care of me. He takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns and makes sure that I have answers to them all. My post surgery checkup was today and he made sure that I was healing properly and covered a surgery pathology report with me, taking time to explain the medical terms that I was not familiar with. I highly recommend Dr. Niederee and his wonderful team as they give wonderful technical care but always treat me with patience and kindness as they share their wonderful skills and knowledge!! I also know that if I need surgery in the future Dr. Niederee and his team will be there to give me great care! Thank you Dr. Niederee!

Mark Niederee exemplifies what it means to be a true doctor at heart. He takes the time to clearly explain procedures and how they will be performed, which immediately builds trust and confidence. When I went in for my colonoscopy, I was extremely nervous. He noticed my anxiety in the operating room, came over to reassure me, and even held my hand until I was under anesthesia. That level of compassion and care truly makes him a hero in my eyes. The following month, I had to see him again for a different reason, and we shared a lighthearted moment joking that I shouldn’t see him again for another ten years! Every interaction with him has been outstanding. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to his patients are top-notch. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Niederee—110%! His compassion and commitment to patient care are exceptional.

Everyone I encountered was polite and professional. My questions were answered with patience and professionalism. Dr. Niederee has been my surgeon for two unrelated surgeries many years apart. Both times I had excellent experiences. I would highly recommend Dr. Niederee!
