He was curt and dismissive to me in my first appointment, then took a phone call during my second appointment returning basically only to say see you in a year. No asking if I had questions, no actual physical exam during the second appt (nurses asked what I weighed and no one listened to my heart, took a BP, asked how I was doing... nothing).

Dr. Zakharia has been instrumental in returning me to my previous health by identifying early stages of prostate cancer and recommending a treatment plan. I have been going to Dr. Zakharia for over 20 years and has also helped me with several bouts of kidney stones. He is very professional, personable and excellent at explaining medical issues and procedures

Dr Zak removed a large kidney stone via nephrolithotripsy. Even though the stone wasn't causing pain, Dr Zak took the time to explain the risks of not removing it and after deciding to have it removed explained the procedure in detail. Surgery is always stressful and mine was no exception, but two weeks after the procedure I am completely back to normal and glad the surgery is in the rear view mirror. Dr Zak did a great job for me and if necessary I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him.

Dr. Zakharia and his staff are fantastic. Everytime I come in I get treated like I am here everyday and not just another number. His staff is great. He is wonderful and treats you with respect and answers every question you have.
