Dr. Willis has treated my pain for years. He is by far the most compassionate, caring and down to earth doctor in this area. We drive two hours to see him each appointment. I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else.

I am shocked that there would be even one negative review of Dr. Willis. He is an absolutely amazing doctor. He is so humble and down to earth. I keep seeing people saying they were discharged from his clinic. Most people do not know that certain patients and situations require contracts by an Alabama law. To be discharged from a doctor, it is almost always due to something the patient has either hidden from the doctor or something to do with drug testing. If there is a billing issue, someone needs to be contact through administration. Doctors do not handle billing but he does try to help patients while staying current with his oath as a doctor. Give credit where it is due!

I would not take my dog-if I had one- to Mark Willis. He made a MISTAKE with a test. Next thing I know I am getting certified letter saying I would no longer be seen by him or any of other drs. Included were names and phone numbers of places where I would receive help for my ADDICTION!! I had no addiction - the problem was he didn’t know how to read report correctly on blood work. One of my meds can cause a misread because of codeine in it-this was a cough medicine. If he had read back of report he would have seen that. I sent him a certified letter and, of course, never heard anything back from him. Apology should have been forthcoming!! Stay away from this braggart who has no reason to brag or to pat himself on the back. Wish all doctors associated with that office would read this !!!!!!

I used to think he was the best but I will never go back. My last two visits have been odd. Conversations aren’t complete and are erratic. He doesn’t seem focused on what I’m saying half the time. One minute he seems genuine and caring and the next it’s clear he’s not paying attention. I’ve been a patient for a couple of years and I’m telling you, something has changed.

I've seen Dr. Willis for back pain, he is a genuine person and doctor.
