DrMcBean listens to & hears whatever it is that is bothering me.I have never felt brushed off or silly or unimportant. Her explanations & instructions are thorough & thoughtful & she always makes sure that she has heard & I have heard. Everyone should be so lucky as to have her as a doctor.

Almost 5 years as her patient. Love her she is very thorough. Makes you feel at ease.

d Dr McBean is your first level physician who diagnoses you problems, then sends you to an expert in the applicable field.. i find she is excellent at that.

I've been a patient of Dr. McBean's for almost 3 years. My only complaint is the wait time, which can be long, especially towards the end of the day. She does, however, spend time with me and always asks if i have any questions or concerns. In my opinion, her tardiness is due to caring and listening to her patients.

She has been great. Answers my questions and is willing to really take care and spend time with you.

Excessive wait times with appointments both spent in lobby, and in rooms awaiting nurses. Receptionist has had negative attitude each time I visited. Very brief explanations of illness and follow up communication is very delayed (week+).

Staff is RUDE! Getting referrals or lab results or getting in when sick is just impossible to get past the grouchy judgmental receptionist. Hostile atmosphere. Like Dr McBean but what is up in this place?
