Dr. Matthew Dimmick Williams, MD

Dr. Williams is always patient focused. He listens to your concerns then decides what is best for the patient. He has one of the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. I waited four weeks to see him but would not want any other doctor to take care of my need. He is definitely worth the wait.

My experience in Dr. Williams office with him and his office staff has always been superior. And as a retired registered nurse I know what it takes to run an office and they do it very well! From the reception desk to the medical techs that help in the back and Dr. Williams himself offer prifessional yet cheerful medical care. The office itself is always clean. The people are cheerful. I hardly have to wait at all and he’s always makes me feel he has time to listen because I ask a lot of questions because of my nursing knowledge, Then the treatments I get there are always very effective and I have a clear view when I leave of what my next appointment will be, and when it will be, so, I would definitely give his office staff and him a five !!! I couldn’t ask for anything better and they also seem like they want to be at work. Which makes it pleasant. As nobody’s grouchy! . I feel like the medical care there is superb. I’ve had other family members go to him also, and everybody… consistently gives him and his staff of a high rating.

As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. Dr. Williams was very thorough and explained in a manner that was easily understandable. The staff was also very pleasant.

The entire team was very detailed; listened, reviewed the history and issues of my problem which resulted in detailed options available to resolve specifically my shoulder problems! Great plan was proposed to address the issue. Dr. Matthews was very thorough and pleasant. Excellent!

The lobby was full of patients, but the wait was not long. The process was smooth and everyone was nice and courteous. Dr. Williams and staff were professional from the greeting until my departure. Definitely would recommend this facility. 5 stars
