We made the drive from Atlanta to see Dr Deoreo. There is nobody in the Atlanta metro with his expertise or experience. For TAR, it is worth the trip without exception. He has standing weight-bearing CT scanner and is able to see and explain exactly what’s going on. He spent a lot of time with us and is very thorough. For a TAR, if you live in Atlanta or this region, it’s either Dr Deoreo or Duke. Way too important to risk with someone who has not done this 1000+ times.

Dr. DeOrio was very attentive and firmly committed to to my successful surgery recovery. He did with me the importance of non weight bearing status. He was very open and discussed with me about staying off my foot/ancle while in a cast. He examined my new cast.and ordered a cast shoe to help protect the cast. Although he is extremely busy and time per patient is critical, he took the time to give me his input to help me. I appreciate his treatment follow up and continued interest in my successful recovery. His staff, Adam and Morgan, were great in changing out my casts. I appreciate them as well. Thanks to all!
