Dr. James Anthony Raley, MD

I am giving one stars because the office staff is exceptional. This review reflects my experience with Dr Raley only. Previous to meeting with Dr Raley, I had a CT scan, x-rays, a bone density scan and an MRI. When meeting with Dr. Raley and explaining my symptoms, he interrupted me three times. One to ask me what was written on my t-shirt. The second to ask me if I had ever tried Roosters coffee. And the third time to blatantly tell me he was distracted that day. I was sent for a hip replacement consultation. He ONLY had my MRI results and said that I absolutely did not need the surgery. He felt the place in my hip that has been causing me so much pain. After he said " I have no idea what it is" he offered me options. Steroids, injections... Or I could wait to see IF they receive my previous results. When I expressed my frustration that I felt that consult waste a of time (said very nicely) because I was told they had all my results, he said "we do what we can" and walked away. I will… go back to SportsMed in the future but I will NOT being seeing Dr Raley. I was embarrassed by his behavior.
