Who ever gave this Dr. a License should be executed. This doctor does not have the training to be a surgeon he may have gone to medical college but he did not learn anything. He operated on me did not completely close the incision and sent me home to die. Fortunately I had a private nurse who discovers I had an open hole in my stomach where he did not complexly close the incision. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!!

so many things went wrong with my surgery, Part of my incision was not sutured so there was a open hole in my stomach that was open and would not heal properly. Because it would not heal properly it started to get infected. This Doctor was unkind, uncaring, and just could not care less. This became a nightmare that just kept getting worse. I had to consult another doctor and get weekly home visits from a Nurse. I would like to know who thought this man deserved a license to practice medicine.

He is good and friendly but I had surgery in 2012 for a umbilical hernia and then in 2014 I had bleeding from my belly button and come to find out it was from a stitch. Well now it's 2016 and I'm having bleeding again. I'm tired of having to keep going back. Fix it first time.

Very professional, courteous and friendly. Dr. Ghanta and his staff are outstanding. He is always available to answer any questions. My procedure went very well. The staff is excellent. Any office visits have been excellent and the care that I have received both before and after my procedure have been outstanding.

Twice over the last few years Dr. Ghanta was successful in pin pointing my pain and made the necessary repair. I have all the confidence in the world in his abilities. Thanks a bunch Doc.

I had went to doctor Ghanta for a gallbladder removal and liver biopsy. I was so scared even just going to the pre-op appointment but when I went to the pre-op appointment I had so many questions and he had explained everything so well that I did not even have to ask any questions. He has a way of making you feel comfortable in a uncomfortable situation. And the nurses at his office are the best. They noticed I hadn't yet got a referral from my primary physian and they called and took care of it all. They made sure my procedure was done in a place that my insurance would cover it. I am five days post-op surgery people say the recovery is so easy. Sadly for me this is not the case. I don't think it's anything that doctor Ghanta did. I'm just a baby and can't take pain. The first two days were horrible I couldn't even get out of bed the third day I felt a little better but that didn't last on day four and still on day five I am now running a fever and having more pain and swelling. I… should have listened better to the instructions of no heavy lifting or bending. But having kids sometimes it's hard to follow all the instructions. And it probably didn't help that a picture frame fell on my incision site after I removed the gauze tape. But as long as you follow the instructions. I say with doctor Ghanta your in good hands. After my surgery I wasn't feeling very well so they put me in a room to recover bc it took me longer to recover than it does most. And they didn't rush me out the door they let me stay until I was comfortable to go home. My mom will soon have to do the same surgery and after seeing his bedside manner and how well he did my surgery she has decided to go with doctor Ghanta as well

Dr. Ghanta is so smart he didn't even need an xray to know I had 5 hernias. He repaired all hernias and my gall bladder with little or no pain during recovery. This guy in my opinion is a genious when it comes to doing surgeries. Never had a problem with him or his great staff. Very caring when it comes to patient. He is no hurry and will always answers all questions you have. He treats his patient with dignity. I don't know who even can measure up to him if he ever leaves AL. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me when I was at my lowest point and you brought me up high.

Dr. Ghanta is great. He is personable, caring and compassionate. He sees me on short notice. He has operated on me twice and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my digestive surgeries. I highly recommend him!
