Dr. Matthew Thomas Manzo, DO

Dr Manzo has been my doctor for 32 years when he moved I would follow him glad to see him closer to Laurinburg he is a wonderful family Doctor there isn’t any better doctors .staff is like every where else good help is sometime hard to fine but myself haven’t had any issue with staff always nice and helpful calling in can sometime be a pain like most places but he will be my doctor until he decides to retire which I hope isn’t anytime in the near future thanks for being there for my family and I all these years.

Never in my life had a problem with Fula. Until my wife was diagnosed with COVID now can’t get my Fula paper filled out because the doctor said it has my name on it . I am the care taker for her.he told me to go see my doctor. My doctor don’t know about my wife illness.he does.i think that’s discrimination. I could of lose my job dealing with him

Doctor Manzo seems nice. Sadly he has unprofessional employees there. Before my annual phisical appointment, they forgot to inform me that they stop accepting phisical test recently, due to the COVID-19, which I can understand. I was not going to see the doctor, untill I RECEIEVE a reminding massage from them couple days ago. So far, I am not very angry, because everyone makes mistakes. But the dealbreaker is the way they communicate with me. Considering the time and paycheck I lost today, I thought I would get an appology. Sadly I didn't get a sincere one. The office lady refused to commit her mistake, and keep saying it is system's fault, and walked away before I finished the conversation ! Today's unpleasant experience also brought another one into my mind that one year ago, they sent me to the a hospital to get a test. They didn't give me any detailed information but the name of the hospital. It took me 40 minutes to find the right section, because this hispital contains a huge… complex area. When I called them for help, I can hear them laughing at me for being lost on another side of the phone! I was educated to be tolerant and nice to people, this is why I didn't do anything when I had the first unpleasant experience. But I decided to express my experience this time when I was ill treated AGAIN !

Listens and spends time understanding the issue.

Dr. Manzo is a caring physician who listens to his patients and communicates very effectively. He treats you with respect and as an adult - no condescending attitude. His diagnoses are accurate and his choice of effective treatment is very good.

He is great. Easy to talk to.

My first visit to Dr. Manzo was as good as can be expected. I had a short wait time after completing my paperwork and was seen promptly by the doctor. I came in because I had a terrible chest cold and also needed a physical. Dr. Manzo knocked both out quickly and got me some meds to help with the cold symptoms. Overall a great doctor and I look forward to having his as my primary care physician going forward.

Dr. Manzo is a kind and caring physician. He is our primary care physician who truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and medical issues. I know that if me or anyone in my family has a medical concern, Dr. Manzo will help us resolve the issue, and if unable, will refer us to physicians who specialize in that area. We are fortunate that he is our primary care doctor.

Doctor Manzo has been my doctor for several years. He is an Excellent doctor. I followed Dr. Manzo to Southern Pines for that very reason.He cares about each and every patient as an individual and really takes the time to sit down and figure out whats best for you.He listens you.
