Very thorough.

Dr. Benz is the go-to retina specialist In Houston. The rest of the Drs are pretty amazing as well. I first met Dr. Benz when he did emergency surgery on a moments notice for a detached retina about 20 years ago. He has done follow up surgeries and annual exams as well. I regard him as a master in his field. He answers all questions candidly and can be technical if you want. He doesnt make much small talk as he is super focused. His new office procedures are extremely efficient with minimal wait and super staff. .

I had an eye emergency . They got me in the day I called, and even though it wasn't an issue they could help with, they made arrangements with another specialist and scheduled that appointment so I could get my eye treated. All of their staff are friendly and professional.
