Dr. Meg Ann Lemon, MD

Unacceptably rude staff - they weren't truthful with me and hang up on me when I called to check on the status of medication - it was mailed out, but I never received it and they could not provide tracking information. Dr Lemon and her team ignore portal messages. I had a question and wanted to get ahold of them - they didn't return my calls. This is very unfortunate after long relationship with this good doctor, her practice and the way I was treated went downhill. They care about money more than about their patients. After waiting for medication for two and a half weeks and receiving a zero response to phone calls and portal messages, I received inappropriate and aggressive email from the Dr's practice manager Tisha. Meg Lemon will not stand up for her patients. Instead of responding and addressing the issue, she preferred to stand behind her unacceptably rude and unprofessional staff.

Went to Dr. Lemon regarding a somewhat rare condition in my feet. Took one look at me and very rudely told me that I was faking my problem. I had tons of medical documentation regarding my very real medical condition which I brought with me when I visited this mean-spirited doctor. Got my records from her after 2 visits with her, when I went to a new dermatologist and she wrote horrible things about me in my chart. Would not waste my time with this very nasty, mean spirited and unprofessional and a knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Lemon has always taken the time to listen to me and gives the best care. I have been going to Dr. Lemon for eleven years and am very happy with all of the staff there.

Meg Lemon is sincere, practical and cut-to-the-chase. Fine if you want to get in, get out. Not so much when you have questions or want guidance and education. Clinical staff are terrific. Office staff make the experience dissatisfying. Instructions, follow through, accuracy, billing, etc. are poor.

I was told to come back into the office for a follow up check on service complete the week before. I was told I would not be charged. Dr. Lemon looked at me for 1 minute, did not offer any treatment, but sent me home to heal. She charged me anyway. When I called the office to protest, I was told it was obviously a mistake...then the charge didn't go away. It took three more calls to get anyone to respond to my issue (they kept telling me to leave messages) and then I was told that I should not have been told (twice) that I didn't have to pay. Be wary of miscommunications and over-charging.
