Dr. Butler is always concerned and kind. I believe she is a compassionate,thorough physician.

Has Dr McNally changed her name? I love Dr. McNally. She is wonderful. She explains things thoroughly and yesterday (6/8) took time to answer my questions & look over reports from another dr & put my fears to rest. She even asked questions about my family. It was great that she remembered. A true connection. I’ve followed her from Aub to Ithaca and back to Auburn again. She is GREAT!!!

I found Dr. Mcnally pleasant enough. When I asked her why she was ordering certain tests she gave me answers as to why. I like to be fully informed and she explained it in layman's terms.

i saw this woman TWICE.. the first time i was rushed.. but i gave her a second chance and guess what.. i was rushed again! she did a procedure on me that was only like ten seconds.. she then said everything was fine and i had to go back to my regular doctor.. she did not even want to answer any of my questions! she could care less.. i am still in pain with no answers.. my first visit with her was under five minutes and my second visit was even less and i had a procedure done!! how in the world do these doctors get such good reviews.. im starting to think they are PAID views! she was horrible to me and made me feel like crap.. i had the nurse make her come back into the room so i could ask questions!! she was annoyed that i wanted to ask questions! are you kidding me? anyway.. i told her what about my incontinence problem.. she didnt even know i had one because she never asked me any questions. .be aware of this doctor.. she does not pay attention nor does she care. i am a witness to… this.. i told them i better get back my money.. i am fighting them on that for sure.. the one thing that i can say that was good were the staff .. they were very nice and understanding.. the nurse spent more time with me and seem to care more then the doctor.. how sad. stay away. i paid 90 bucks to be ignored.

Dr. Butler is a wonderful physician. She takes her time and is very thorough. Very knowledgeable. Doesn't hesitate to be motherly and put her hand on your arm. Highly recommend.

DR. Butler knows what she is doing. She is easy to talk with and listens so that she can make an accurate diagnosis. She has helped to relieve my SUI. I am so grateful!

Dr. Butler is a thorough doctor. I do feel that she could improve on her bedside manner, as she never says hello to her patients, or addresses them by any name.

Absolutely first class.
