Dr. Alexander Chartier

He just showed up for my procedure after my request that my personal doctor do my procedure. He did not introduce himself in any way. I didn't know why he was in the room until I opened my eyes on the table and there he was starting my procedure. I had urology procedures done a few times without any complications. This guy left with bleeding and in pain for several days because he was so rough. I felt like one of those rubber training bodies they use to teach medical students the insertion of catheters. NO regard for my privacy, pain or dignity during or after it was over. Bedside manner was VERY unprofessional and uncaring. Pick somebody else, anybody else. In my opinion this guy is about as bad as it gets.

I would take these one-star reviews seriously if I were you. Don't ignore them like I did. Don't find out the hard way like I did. In my opinion this guy has to be the worst.

My experience was horrible. He was inattentive to my privacy, modesty and dignity. My procedure caused injury that was never explained to me as a possibility. He was rough and he ignored the pain he was causing me. I began shaking uncontrollably from the pain and he left the room without any comment or showing any care of the condition he left me in after my cystoscopy procedure. He had the worst bedside manners I ever experienced. If zero stars were an option, I would enter it.

Never again. My experience proved him to be uncaring when causing excruciating pain, no regard for privacy or dignity and the worst bedside manner I ever saw. He is abrupt and careless with his technic and very matter of fact with care. He might be a good doctor but he is not good with people.
