Dr. Melanie Cecilia Lachman, MD

Dr. Lachman is amazing. She has been our pediatrician for years. My children love her. The staff is very friendly and I can get in for a visit whenever I need to.

The staff at the office especially the receptionist(s) are rude. When you call to schedule an appointment they don't state their names or what doctor office your calling and when you ask for their name they say "receptionist. You don't need my name." That's what I got told last time I called. Then I asked to schedule 2 separate appointments on 2 different days for my child due to extreme weather and I got told we don't do that. You are only allowed one appointment. The doctors are very good at what they do. They have pretty much been spot on for the most part but they need to hire better staff and more courteous staff.
