Dr. Melinda Lee Graham, MD

A terrible physician with a horrible bedside manner. Very dismissive and condescending. She flat out lied stating the only time she wasn’t at one of her deliveries, was when she was out of town. Come to find out from the L&D nurse WHILE I WAS AT THE HOSPITAL IN LABOR, she only delivers her patients when she is on call and refuses to come in for any other deliveries. She didn’t even see me for half of my appointments, I only saw the nurses. She completely mismanaged my pregnancy which resulted it severe complications for both myself and my son. My son ended up being macrosomic at 10lbs 9oz, with hypoglycemia and torticollis as a result of my undiagnosed gestational diabetes. At my 40 week appt, I only saw the nurse, I ended up going to L&D triage at 40 weeks and 5 days with severe pre-eclampsia. The on call doctor delivered me and treated my PP hemorrhage. Graham never even saw me in the hospital or followed up post delivery. Horrible doctor. My son and I are lucky to be alive.

Dr Graham was like a robot, she didn’t care what happened to me during my pregnancy at all. It was my first pregnancy and I didn’t know what to expect at all. She ended up not giving me any untrasounds around the time of my baby due date, even though I had two great insurances. She assumed my weight wasn’t all baby-but it was. On the night before my son was born she tried to induce me for hours. I was in so much pain. I was so thirsty. Finally they gave me an epidural and decided to give me a c section. Still all of this without knowing how large the baby was. But epidurals are not recommended for c section and in the middle of the operation I felt everything. It was the worst day of my life. I woke up to a perfect 11 pound baby and never saw her again. Just do yourself a favor and go to the office down the road and see dr Esses instead. She is an angel.

Dr. Graham delivered my son and was phenomenal! She ensured that I had the NCB experience that I wanted and everything went beautifully! Thank you Dr. Graham!!!

Completely unprofessional and poor bedside manor. She refused to look into my symptoms of preeclampsia. I ended up delivering my son at 28 weeks because Dr. Tidwell realized I was very sick and did not send me home. If a woman gains 20lbs in a month accompanied by headaches; there is a problem!!!

She delivered all 3 of my babies. She is honest, calm, and patient. She listens to all of your questions and helps put you at ease! She is always positive and does what’s best for you and your baby! She really is amazing!

I highly recommend Dr. Graham. Her personality is easy to get along woth. She really cares about her patients and she made my pregnancy and delivery easy and stress free.

The office staff is rude, insensitive, & irresponsible and canâ??t be trusted with my life or the life of my baby. I had heard so many good reviews about Dr. Graham I decided to schedule an appointment when my husband and I decided to start trying for a baby. I called to schedule a preconception appt. The receptionist seemed clueless. I guess not a lot of people do that? It was scheduled 3 months out (seems typical for a new patient). My husband and I conceived first try & called to change my appt. They kept my original date as I would be 9wks. At my appt I was taken back for an ultrasound and told by the tech my baby died a few weeks earlier. Then I got to see Dr. Graham. She has a great personality and explains things well. I was then sent to a tech to have my blood drawn for blood type as I wasnâ??t sure what it was. If it was negative I was told Iâ??d need a shot to prevent future complications. I had never received a call with the results so I assumed it was positive. A year… later I saw a fertility specialist as I had been trying to get pregnant again with no success. They requested records from Dr. Grahamâ??s office and I learned from them that my blood type test was never completed by the lab. Why couldnâ??t they call me? I could have redone the test? I waited in agony for the results to come back from the fertility dr and luckily my blood type is positive. I called Dr. Grahamâ??s office to find out what happened to my lab work & they said it had been sent to the lab in the wrong tube & the lab wouldnâ??t test it. The nurse I spoke with said it didnâ??t matter anyway as I needed the shot within 72 hours. Then she said it didnâ??t matter as I had a missed miscarriage not a regular miscarriage. If it didnâ??t matter why did Dr. Graham have me do the test in the first place? Why did she tell me I would need a shot if I was negative? I felt like she was just making up excuses. There is no excuse for a mistake like that. Dr. Graham might be a decent doctor, but I would never recommend anyone to her office because of mistakes like this. Mistakes like this can cost lives.

Dr. Graham is amazing. She just delivered my first baby and if I were to for some reason move away before having more children, i would move back just to have her as my doctor. She made me feel at ease the entire time and I appreciate the number of ultrasounds that I had. Her staff is amazing and very helpful at returning calls and answering questions promptly. She truly loves what she does and I recommend her to anyone that asks for an OB/GYN. My labor did not go as I had hoped and just before pushing I was a bit of a mess. When she walked in the room my entire demeanor changed. She was absolutely incredible during my delivery, I really felt like she was there just for me, totally focused on me and my baby. She's the best!

I've called three times over the course of my being a patient. Once was for clarification of breast ultrasound results, twice was request for prescriptions. I was never got a response. She seems to be a great doctor, but her practice is too large and her office is too busy to take care of all of her patients. I'm not a new mother, I'm not even pregnant, so I'm not calling with a million silly questions. I've called with legitimate things and was never responded to. Regretfully, I've decided to find a new doctor.
