Dr. Melinda Sue Hall, MD

I am not only a patient, but I also work for her. She is an amazing, knowledgeable doctor and spends countless hours beyond the in-office care provided to her patients. This is one of the main reasons I continue to commute long hours to support her and the staff to provide care way beyond any physician I have ever worked for. This is how medicine should be- patient focused care where your needs are taken care of, not dictated by insurances where she would be limited to quality care. She and her staff go above and beyond to take care each one of our patients individually. Dr. Hall is one in a million!! The care her and her staff provide is truly customized and made me feel listened to. I have finally found a doctor that actually cares.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hall's for a couple of years and have highly recommended her to women I know who are either going through menopause or are post menopausal. When I saw her for my annual this past summer, I realized that I hadn't seen her since the previous annual in 2012. For me, that's amazing because for the previous 25 or more years I'd have to make several visits to my gynecologists for various issues. I followed her recommendations faithfully and--they work! The staff in her office are very kind and professional (as is Dr. Hall).

The phone has gone unanswered and return calls may not happen. the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Otherwise Dr. Hall is very sweet.

Dr. Hall was helpful with my female problem. She is very kind and had a nice office. I would recommend her for gyn care.

Dr. Hall was on time, listened to my problem and really helped me when no one else did. She took her time and was very professional and smart. I will definitely see her next year.

I called Melinda Hall to discuss my test results 2 days ago and she has yet to return my phone call. I found her lack of response unprofessional, rude and disrepectful. Will not be returning.

I went to see Dr. Hall while experiencing an ongoing female issue that 2 other doctors I saw could not seem to diagnose correctly. I was so desperate and on my last leg, so miserable I just wanted to cry. Well, to sum it all up I did not have a very good experience with her. I told her my history, and all that I had been through. I have experienced similar things, and had also had similar experiences with wrong diagnoses - so I told her all this and what I thought it probably wasn't based on my history (I have a long history).Well she behaved very condescendingly towards me the whole time, acting as though I was just a silly little patient and did not know my own body. Granted, she does not know me, but she was very patronizing, her body language saying to me, "I'm the doctor and you don't know what you're talking about."She kept imposing her opinions on me and insisting on a diagnosis that I had been *misdiagnosed* with multiple times in the past. We really got nowhere, as she… didn't seem to want to take into consideration that it could be anything else (and based on my history and wrong diagnoses, I can't imagine why!). In the medical field, I think it's important to have an open mind to other diagnoses, especially considering a patient's history.The staff was not exceedingly friendly nor helpful. They seemed quite unprofessional. When I was checking out, I was given a form with a number on it to call to get my test results in a few days. Since I was a new patient, I had questions about the process, and she seemed like I was wasting her time and quite unwilling to help me.In a situation in which I felt like I had no where else to turn to for help, my overall experience was extremely unhelpful and I will never be returning to this office again.

Dr Hall is an excellent doctor. She spends time with each patient and she does not treat you like a number. She is smart and funny and I have referred many frients to Dr. Hall.
