Dr. Micah Avner Berman, MD

We saw Dr Bergman about my daughters tonsils, snoring and potential sleep apnea. He was really thorough in his review of how to determine best next steps and referred us for a sleep study. He has very high confidence in the doc he’s referring. I appreciated his candor and approach very much.

He was quick and answered all questions. I would recommend!

I took my 8 year old son to see Dr. Berman after he failed his hearing test at his well child check. Dr. Berman was behind schedule, but his office staff was on top of it. We got in sooner than expected and Dr. Berman was very apologetic about the wait. He did the exam and gave us the information we needed before bringing us to the hearing testing lab. It was a quick visit and I was glad he was as thorough as he needed to be. We would definitely see him again if we have the need.

Dr. Berman did a great job with my 3.5 year old son. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Dr. Berman was extremely rushed for our morning appointment. Did not seem to have read my sons chart beforehand either. 2/5 stars for his bedside manner. Left feeling upset and like the entire appointment was a waste of time. He gave me options and expected me to make a decision on the spot. Asked if I could think about the options (and talk about it with my husband) and he said yep and walked out without saying anything. The audiologist on the other hand was wonderful!

We saw Dr Berman with two of our children and I will never go back to him with my others. He's rude, doesn't take his time to explain or answer questions without talking down to us. One of the worst pediatric doctors we've experienced.

In my opinion, find another doctor who is more respectful and actually enjoys working with kids and maybe cares to educate parents. He was super rude the second he walked in the room. He stood the entire time, like he couldn't wait to walk back out. He talked to my 8 year old disrespectfully. Never did he ask if i had any questions. When i asked a question I felt like he belittled me. He made unprofessional jokes about my son being deaf, which I didn't find funny, being that we were there to see him for hearing issue. After looking in my sons chart and seeing what Doctors have done his tubes in the past, he belittle all those Doctors. Saying that he found that they don't do it right. But he does. He kept repeating that he uses the top of the line medical toys and does it so well that typically his patients don't have much of a recovery time, unlike other doctors. I so badly wanted to get up and walk out on him. After the visit, I called my sons Ped and asked for another referral to a… different ENT. I refuse to have this Dr put my son to sleep and do surgery on him when he clearly didn't even care to be seeing him in first place.

Dr. Berman just removed my daughters tonsils and adenoids. He did a great job.

Great Doctor. He took great care during our kids surgery (Ear tubes). I would definitely recommend him.

Terrible experience! Would NOT recommend!!!! Should not be in pediatrics!!!
