Dr. Michael Alon Jacobs, MD

I am very pleased with the professional, compassionate care I receive from Dr Jacobs and his staff. When I call I speak with staff not a menu of choices. I have been seen promptly at my appointment time and have never felt rushed, my questions and concerns addressed.

I live in Tequesta, gave my address to the "receptionist", with all the medical insurance information. Tol receptionist I was a referral from Dr. Wacks in Jupiter (same office complex.) Showed up for the appointment in Jupiter. Receptionist failed to mention they were only booking appointments out of the Palm Beach Gardens location. Fundamentally stupid worker, if I could give a zero for staff incompetency, that wouldn't be low enough. Waiting to see if they bill my insurance.

Dr. Jacobs is a lousy doctor who does not have a proper plan to care for patients with cognitive issues. He treated my dad and did not follow the required pre or follow up care after a procedure. My dad spent a week in the hospital because he got ecoli after this procedure. Dr. Jacobs refused to call the family back to answer questions. He instead had Lori Geller office manager call - this must be who everyone is talkiing about. She is extremely unprofessional, calling Saturday morning to yell at me for trying to get answers about my father's care. What a nightmare!! There are PLENTY of other urologist - why bother with this one with a horrible office staff. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!

Dr Jacobs and staff were excellent in their care of my mother. I thank God for the loving and kind treatment with the care of my mother.

Dr. Jacobs resolved my complex kidney stone issue without problems. He was clear, efficient and compassionate. The lithotripsy procedure required turned out perfectly. During the entire time under his care he quickly responded to all questions and explained what was happening and what I should expect. His office staff is very friendly and helpful also.

Receptionist refused to make appointment because I had seen a different urologist in the area in the past. My primary Drs. Office was shocked at this and the rude receptionist refused to give an explanation and referred me to another urologist.

Dr. Jacobs was excellent. I was very comfortable with my vasectomy procedure throughout the process (from consultation through post-operation check-ups). Dr. Jacobs has a great bedside manner and clearly cares about his patients. The staff in the office were wonderful people. The healing process went very smooth with no complications. I had as great of an experience during the procedure as possibly expected. I was very comfortable, and it was painless. Thanks for the successful operation!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for about 2 years. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and was amazed at how caring and responsive he was. From making time to fit me in for a discussion of my options to returning and originating calls, he guided me through the process of deciding on my course of treatment. My calls were always returned, usually the same day . I would recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone who is looking for a capable and compassionate physician.

I have been treated by urologists in three different states over the course of the last 25 years. By far, Dr. Jacobs is the best and I recommend him to all who are suffering with prostate or other urology issues. His PA is also excellent as well as his entire staff. -James L. Casale
