Took me back at the time of my appointment, nurses were very professional and friendly. Dr Cunningham was very thorough, friendly, and genuinely cared about how I've been doing and made sure he answered all my questions.

Dr Cunningham is professional and courteous. Quick wait time in the waiting room. I could tell that he was in a hurry, but he took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Good Doctor!

I was seen right away! The nurse was professional and has a great sense of humor! Dr Cunningham reviewed my past history and we discussed any issues I might have experienced in the past year. No need for any changes. Cordial and informative.

Extremely disappointing experience. The entire visit felt rushed and dismissive, as if the doctor had no interest in being there and just wanted out of the room as quickly as possible. Dr. Cunningham walked in and immediately said, “Why are you here?” with no introduction and no attempt to build any rapport. I had several concerns to discuss but was quickly rushed through and didn’t even get the chance to bring most of them up. There was no meaningful follow-up on anything I did mention—no questions, no effort to understand the full picture—just quick conclusions. The visit lasted only a few minutes and ended with him already standing, quickly rattling off tests and a treatment plan with no explanation—no discussion of medication, side effects, or what to expect. He also told me to go get labs done that afternoon, despite the fact that certain labs need to be done in the morning for accurate results, which raised concerns about basic clinical judgment. No physical exam was… performed, yet the chart documented exams that never occurred, which is unacceptable. I was respectful and prepared, but left feeling completely unheard. This was not real medical care—just a rushed, careless, transactional encounter.

Good luck getting timely prescriptions from this outfit. Pathetic service getting a simple refill for the second time this year! Time to go elsewhere!!
