Dr. Michael Ngai-Yin Lam, MD

I've never been so humiliated in my life. The nurses are all very kind and helpful, but Dr. Michael Lam is rude and degrading. I was planning to get breast reduction surgery for personal reasons, and he continuously asked me questions such as "why do you want this," "do you think they're too big?", and "have you seen a psychiatrist?" "what is their name?" I was shocked at how I was being treated by a health care professional, especially because I'm a grown adult who can make my own decisions?? I didn't need this man telling me what he thought about my surgery (he was against it, by the way. His reason being that I was "too young"), nor him making it any more embarrassing to request forms for a private surgery, which was already awkward for me to admit. I feel uncomfortable enough writing this review, but I feel the need to tell more people so they don't select him as their PCP.

the worst, went for physical didnt even look me in the eye.. got on his phone and had a disturbing conversation in chinese(he thought i didnt understand him)... a real piece fo work
