Dr. Healthy is rude. Ruth is excellent, but I'll never go back to Heaphy.

First of all, I gave him one star because they didn't have a zero or any negative numbers to choose from. In my opinion, this guy has HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS, and his "bedside manner" is...well, let's just say that if he was an excellent doctor, you could probably just ignore his total lack of any kind of bedside manner. It's as though he makes you feel like he hates his job, and that YOU are forcing him to even be there! I've seen him twice. The only reason I went the second time was because on my first visit to see him he was, what I have concluded, his normal horrible self, and I thought that perhaps I had just caught him on a bad day. Boy was I WRONG!! And, as far as his medical skills go, well, let's just say that a great number of years as a doctor does NOT always mean that a doctor has gotten better with all of that experience. And, in my opinion, his years of experience only means that a less than mediocre doctor has kept his medical license. After all, you do know what… they call a person who finishes at the very bottom of his class in medical school, don't you? They call that person "DOCTOR"...

I saw Dr. Heaphy a few years ago and he was fantastic. Dr. and his staff were very helpful, concerned, and compassionate. He performed multiple Mohs procedures, which resulted in a quite extensive process. I saw him almost daily for about a two-month period; he was very thorough and I never felt rushed. I cannot express how satisfied I was and am about his practice and procedures. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heaphy to anyone who needs a dermatologist. HE'S THE BEST!!!!
