Unacceptable Wait Times and Decline in Care I’ve been a patient here for over a year, and the drop in professionalism and attention has become impossible to ignore. I arrived early for my appointment with Dr. Riggenbach, was taken to the exam room early, and then sat alone for more than 30 minutes without a single update, nurse check-in, or explanation. When you’re in real pain, that kind of neglect isn’t just frustrating — it’s disrespectful. There’s no communication, no Wi-Fi, and no sense that patient time or comfort matters anymore. This used to be a dependable practice, but the care standards have clearly slipped. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly urge others to look for a clinic that actually respects its patients’ health and time.

The very best. His entire team is patient focused. From their “bedside” manner, professionalism, knowledge and skill, they are top notch. I trust him with my own care and my family. Highly recommend

Dr Michael Riggenbach is without a doubt the best hand orthopedic specialist on all of Florida. I have tried a few and he by far is the most knowledgeable. He also really takes his time to asses my situation when I visit and explains to me in laymen terms what my problems are and the corrects the problem at hand perfectly (no pun intended). I have been to others and they do not compare. I have also referred multiple people to him and they have been extremely happy.

Dr_Michael_Riggenbach has always been very professional. I have seen him a number of times and always get excellent care. He also provided information on a possible permanent cure to a reoccurring problem.

Outstanding. Dr. Riggenbach has treated mysrlf and daughter. We have both had care including surgical treatment. From his kind bedside manner to time he takes with questions and making sure you fully understanding diagnosis and treatment plans. In addition, working with his team , especially Kristina, to say they go above and beyond is still not giving them enough credit.
