Dr. Michael Anthony Sawyer, MD

Dr Sawyer is very straight forward to the point that he is rude. Does not allow questions and can’t leave the room fast enough. Staff doesn’t call to schedule surgery over 2 weeks after the doctor said it needed to be done before 2 weeks because I have a mass occluding my colon

I have had major issues and was referred to Dr. Swayer. He has been so great takes his time an explains everything to my understanding an does not give or allow you to have negative thoughts about results. I would and do recommend this amazing doctor to everyone. I honestly feel he cares about his patients an takes as much time as need for you to understand what is going on. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sawyer.

Dr. Sawyer did my Bariatric Sleeve where they take 90 per cent of your stomach to aid in weight loss. My Aunt begged me to go to the city and that was more about the hospital but I liked Dr. Sawyer. Not living in Lawton in twenty years I asked everyone I saw what they knew about Dr. Sawyer and everyone said if they needed surgery they wouldn't let anyone else cut on them. My surgery went off with zero complications. Ive never even felt queasy while many of my friends were not only sick had complications that had them going back in hospital. Dr. Sawyer is very picky about his patients and if you do as he says there wont be complications. I healed very quickly. I was very satisfied with this surgeon.

I have so much respect for Dr. Sawyer. I was really scared about having major surgery but after meeting Dr. Sawyer I felt so much trust with him. He took the time to explain things to me and he was not in a hurry to get to his next patient like most doctors are. I admit sometimes I have to wait a long time to see him on my appointment day but I don't mind at all. Thank you Dr.Sawyer for all you have done for me.
