I am very happy to have Dr. Miles Medrano as my Gastroenterologist. Dr. Medrano listens carefully to the patient' s concerns. He then provides excellent medical solutions, all with a very comforting and supportive bedside manner. Dr. Miles Medrano is truly a consummate professional. Highly recommended!

When it comes to colonoscopy Dr. Medrano has outstanding team in his office and at the Atlantic Surgery Center where the procedure takes place. As patient I was well informed. Everyone is pleasant and professional. Highly recommend both Dr Medrano and Atlantic Surgery Center.

The staff is friendly and very professional. Insurance verification and clinal check up were done quickly and there was no waiting time before I saw Dr. Medrano. He immediately wanted to know how he could help me and based on my symptoms provided a couple of possible causes for which he had treaded me few years back. Instead of drastic testing and invasive, costly procedures, he gave the choice of deciding, and I agreed with him as he prescribed a medication and scheduled a month visit as first step. I felt confortable with his decision and the opportunity to take my opinion in consideration. He is very caring and charismatic, a good listener with a compelling charm which inspires trust and security.

I’ve been seeing Dr Medrano for years. He is thorough, caring, follows up on his patients, I just can’t say enough about him. This is 2nd time since I’ve known him that he has discovered a health issue going on with me unrelated to his specialty or better said, an incidental finding during a routine visit. He’s that thorough. I highly recommend him, he’s truly a great doctor.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Medrano and his staff. The out patient surgery center was top notch. All the way from the front desk to the nurses. The nursing staff kept me comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure. I will recommend Dr. Medrano and his staff.

I went into Dr. Medrano's office to discuss my recent hospitalization (due to an intestinal blockage) and to schedule a Colonoscopy. Prior to seeing the doctor, the Nurse asked me many questions about my issue. Then Doctor Medrano asked me several questions as well. Based on his feedback and follow up questions, it was clear he was listening to input. His demeanor was courteous and attentive. Everyone in the office was very professional. A few weeks later, I later Dr. Medrano performed the Colonoscopy which went very well. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Medrano is the most patient thoughtful and kind doctor. He diagnosed my cancer and showed that he really cared. When I was unable to come to his office he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and answered all my questions. Not many doctors would do that!

After proceedure, there were some complications. When Dr. Medrano was called, his first statement was that it did not invove anything that he had done. He did not offer an appointment to verify any problem. I was sent to an Urgent Care facility were the Dr. in charge sait he did not know what theproblem was until the culture would be returned in days. I was able to see my primary dr. and it was discoverred that my pain and problem was cause by the proceedure that Dr. Medrano had done. I receieved some medication and the problem and pain was solved in a matter of minutes. This Dr. sucks.
