Dr. Monica Rivera-Amill, MD

Refused to honor my appointment because my paperwork wasn't filled out - paperwork that to this moment still has not been received. They claimed they sent via email. They did not inform me my appointment would not be honored if the paperwork wasn't completed. I expected to be able to fill it out there. Had I been informed, I would have called to let them know it still had not arrived. There was not a single person in the waiting room. They could have worked with me, but didn't seem to care. I brought my medical files with me from my previous doctor, but that wasn't good enough. Didn't respect the time I took off from work to give her office my business.

Dr. Monica is a thorough, caring doc who believes in keeping you healthy so you don't have a need to see her. She listens and makes you feel like you matter.

She is an excellent doctor and saved my life following a terrible experience with my previous doctor of 5 years.

I am a currant patient of Dr. Rivera and she is the most caring, Attentive and understanding doctor I have ever seen. The first time i saw her after my appendix surgery, she walked into the office and said ... Don't worry I will fix you. And she has . If ever you find a need for a new Primary doctor and you are tired of the revolving door of the big clinics. Go see the best doctor around. thank You Doc.
