Dr. Monisha Crisell, MD

I am sure she is a good diagnostician, but this Dr. obviously has never felt pain and discomfort, because she definitely didn't care about mine. Was impatient with my discomfort, so I never went back.

So professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable. I have spent 15 years getting misdiagnosed by Army and VA Dr's. and in one visit with this amazing caring DR. My PHA was ruled out which is very scary, as well as the tenesmus I was misdiagnosed with. It was IC and she nailed it. Gave a medial regiment along with a Diet and no More pain. The staff is amazing as well. I was treated like family and not just another number. The Dr is so good that not only was the problem fixed but I was sent to take test to rule out any other anomalies. Amazing DR. All my lab work request was forwarded all I had to do was show up.

I took a chance by finding Dr Crisell as I had been in pain for almost 2 years, from slight to unbearable.. After being told by another Dr there was nothing that could be done & i would have to deal with the problem I went to Dr Crisell to get a 2nd opinion... I can only say she is one of gods angels.. I was living with such discomfort at times I could barely sit, sleep or function.. She listened to all I had to say, looked at my medical records, did some exams and gave me treatment that has changed my outlook on life.. I now go out, play sports, exercise, swim.. I have my life back... I cannot thank her enough for the utmost care she and her staff have supplied me and for the understanding and care that I have & continue to receive... if you are looking for the best help, please do not hesitate to see this Dr... Absolutely wonderfull.. Thankyou....

Dr. Crisell was the 1st doc who took my problems seriously, diagnosed me after tests, and was able to help me. I think her bedside manner is very good and she is a friendly person. The wait was terrible though. My appt was at 3:15 and I did not even go to the room until 4:00 and then saw the doctor 20 minutes after that!

I walked in, the office was beautiful. Staff was nice, but I still had a wait to see the doctor. When she came in she didn't even know who the patient was - me or my daughter. We were referred to her by a pediatrician and I would think she would have looked at the paperwork to know what she was walking into. I did spend time filling out a questionaire.She then asked what she could do for us. No introduction. What hurt me the most was after I told her why we were there, she said there is nothing that could be done. Within the first minute of a consult, no hope is painful without even hearing everything. I would not return to her because of her bedside manner.

After waiting for over an hour, she walked in, never looked at my chart, or asked me any questions, and proceeded to tell me that all the tests I have had done for the last 40 years are all wrong, and sent me away with a UTI, that I had to go to another dr to get treated, with no antibiotics. What an irresponsible Dr.! I see lawsuits in her future.

I had to wait 1 hr 10min to see a nurse for a coctail! The desk staff were not courteous. Every time I have come in, I have waited a ridiculous amount of time. For my scope last year, I sat prepped on the cold table for 2 hours! This is not how your patients should be treated!
