Dr. Nabila Hassan Elzind, MD

I don’t know if the doctor is good or not. Her office manager refused my daughter because I wouldn’t just pay the office visit. Our family deductible had been met so per my insurance I only owed 10% coinsurance. She said I could call my insurance, which I did, and she then refused to talk to them. She said my insurance had to call her at their office. Explained to her no, this department only speaks to the insured but the lady would talk to her on my phone. The office manager refused and said that was a lie. They can call. I suggested she call the provider benefits line to verify my insurance and she said NO she did not have time. She could see on her computer our family deductible was met but not my daughters individual. Each individual does not have to meet a deductible when there is a family deductible. After I told her all she was trying to do was to get double paid she refused us service. Handed me my card and said I could find another neurologist to see. Children’s in OKC here we… come. Beware and make sure you know what you owe up front. Do not rely on them to verify your insurance or charge you the right amount.

I had a very bad experience to were my friend doesn’t even want to go there now, since she witnessed how it really goes down behind closed doors!

I am apatient of dr elzind for many years.i find that she is a great prffessionall..a caring doctor and very understanding.doctors like her is becoming a rarity.

Received an injection against my will that sent me to the hospital. Still trying to find out what it was.

Almost 2 hrs wait once. Uncomfortable waiting area stacked ontop one another. Patients talk through a glass window, not private. Can go through to another area but seems big turnover always different people and many have been rude. Including relatives that work there. Sometimes people talk about her and her office she is a good doctor though trade off I guess..

Dr. Elzine has always talked about possible treatments for my condition. Elzine has looked out for my well being. Overall, this Doctor has been above and beyond what I need for my MS.

Dr. Elzind is one of the best doctors i have ever been too. Very compassionate and kind. Recommend for everyone.

I don't know why some of these comments are coming up about Dr Elzind, she is one of the sweetest and most understanding doctors I have meet. I have been coming to her for over 14 years with MS and imbalance issues.She has also helped a lot with my discomfort of numbness in my legs because of the MS. She has helped me to walk again since I had extreme weakness in my legs and can't imagine trusting another neurologist but her with my case.
