She doesn't care about your pain I had surgery she gave me pain meds for one week I was still in pain she gave me a script well they don't make that med anymore so I called her 3 times no call back I went in I sat for 2 hours an gave up she never responded she stated before she was afraid to prescribe anything but considering I had surgery you would think she would want to have helped so I suffered in pain for weeks the office is just as bad not returning calls etc I had to reschedule my surgery because the nurse failed to tell me I needed test before hand

First time seeing her and she had no information on me in the room at all and had no clue why i was there and had a pap done left the sample on the desk unlabeled then left then i left and had to come back for a pelvic ultra sound that she wanted me to do 15 minutes after i left had to call the office to go back and then after the ultra sound and 3 days later i saw that i had RX'S in pharmacy but have no idea i had them and no idea what for and still no idea and she was to look over the results and i was to call her later that day which i did and she did not call me that was a Thursday and on Friday i called her 3 times and no call back then i called her on that Monday and no call nurse said i dont have to take medicines if i didnt want to but i had no idea what it was for this was the most confusing and stressful appointment i ever had. she did not take much time to listen and i felt rushed the whole visit

Absolutely terrible bedside manner.

Worst place in Missouri. Don't go here if you want to have a healthy pregnancy and a baby. She refuses needed medical care and does not care about her patients.

I saw dr bucy for the first time--as a new patient. She was in the room with me for over an hour. She listened to me and looked at me right in the eye--unlike a lot of other dr's! She was VERY in-depth with everything she explained. My husband came to my appt--she engaged with him in conversation. She is very religious and is forward about this...which for me...was amazing and comforting!! LOVE HER as a dr!! So glad I am now her patient!!

This lady is one of the most caring people in the medical field. She will answer any and all questions, knowledgeable, good surgeon, and just a quality individual.

Dr. Bucy has been my OB for almost 2 decades. I couldn't have asked for a better OBGYN. She's always listened to me and my concerns. If I ever had anything negative to say it would be that her wait time in the office is longer than the other doctors. But that is b/c she always takes the time to make sure that your questions/concerns have been been addressed. If you're looking for an OBGYN, I'd definitely recommend you give Dr. Bucy a call!

Dr. Bucy is a fabulous doctor. My concerns are the timeliness of getting test results back. Her office has a retrieval line that you call in with your code to get test results. She had me undergo several tests- Pap Smear, Blood Test, and Ultrasound all that she wanted back before my biopsy. Not one was entered into the retrieval line. (Tests results that are "bad" are called to you personally) I received no call either. When I went in for my biopsy the test results were not in my file and no one seemed to know where they were. I still had no answer about the previous tests before I left that day.
