I had a great appointment with this wonderful, caring doctor. My expectations were exceeded! I was treated with so much respect and kindness by Dr Palanta. She listened to my concerns and has a treatment plan in motion. I am beyond pleased! The office staff is very friendly and I recommend this office and doctor very highly!

Dr. P complained about being so busy,not having time, she dismissed me as a patient, person, and human being. She complained loudly about me & would not listen to my concerns. She told me that she wasted 8 years trying to treat me.

Dr. Palatna is amazing. She knows what she is doing. She will take the time to go over everything with you. If she moved out of state to practice, I would drive to my appointment to see her no hesitation.

It takes many months to get an appointment. She has expertise in neurology but lacks communication skills, patience and bedside manner. Could not wait for a stroke victim to complete a sentence so she talks over them instead, insulted me twice, and spent more time telling me of her credentials and all the patients she's seen than helping to find a solution that matched my values and concerns. Accent is heavy and tone was not kind. I was very disappointed and cannot recommend. The office staff and nurse were wonderfully kind and efficient though. Follow-up appointment was another 4.5 months out.

Takes time and effort to diagnos a patient. Followed up with blood work in less than 5 hours. Kind, caring and compassion added to the whole experience.
