very bad doctor and staff withg practices at bright horizons and cen clear services will cause you more problems then you have practices bio feed back and creates more problems with his staff expecially bill and the staff in hospital at clearfield hospital please beware of them really ignorant and mean individualls stay as far away from them as you can

he uses a technique that hurts his clients and is a very hateful man beare of him and bright horizons and cen clear services

I have been seeing Dr Dingcong for many years and during that time I had many stressors. They included family deaths and retirement. He asked the right questions when I was floundering. Medication therapy helped me because he knew the right medicine for me. As a result my depression is controlled. He is a credit to his profession

I started my care with Dr. D at possibly the worst period in my life. I was not well, needed help and direction and I needed it quickly! I was seen by Dr. D and was put at ease. I talked, he listened, I asked questions and he answered sincerely and truthfully. He made recommendations including group sessions and sessions with him. He found the right medication, the right dosage and followed up with immense scrutiny. It took time and his and my working together and I turned the corner. I see Dr. D every six months for a med check and I know if I needed him this afternoon, he could be reached. If he is not personally available, there is no question in my mind there is someone he considers capable available. IF my appointment is not exactly on time, I know he is another patient that needs that little "extra" time AND if I needed it, it is available to me.

Dr. Dincong is a very caring and genuine doctor. He is very knowledgeable and readily listens to you. Dr. DIncong worked very hard to adjust my medications that best suited me. As with all doctors, appointments are allotted a given time frame. When you are with Dr. DIngcong you are his patient, not the one who is waiting for him in the waiting room. I would highly recommend Dr. Dingcong if you are looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable, patient and sincere with his practice.
