Dr. Olga Kromo, MD

At one point she was great, I think now she has so many patients she cant keep up. Last appointment she was reading old labs vs. the new ones and sent additional medication, thankfully it was just a vitamin. Staff, managers included are beyond rude and unprofessional.

Not quite sure how to feel about Dr. Kromo and her practice. Dr. Kromo herself is fantastic — very empathetic and caring. She’s also quite knowledgeable. However, her medical assistants (nurses, physician assistants, etc.) are pretty rude. I had a follow-up appointment to review lab results and go over next steps with Dr. Kromo right around when Covid restrictions first started; however, when I was called in to my appointment, I didn’t get to see Dr. Kromo. Instead, I saw her twin sister who’s a physician assistant at the same practice. I was never once informed by anyone that my appointment would be with the PA. Normally, I don’t have a problem seeing NPs or PA’s, but this PA was clearly unfamiliar with my case and went over my lab results with a huge rush. My lab results were inconclusive (some results were positive, some negative, but nothing indicating a specific autoimmune condition), and when I inquired about what other conditions could be causing my symptoms (such as things… like osteoarthritis, scoliosis, or other connective tissue disorders that don’t show up on bloodwork), she didn’t answer the question and dismissed me. In fact, she went as far to say that it’s quite likely something like those conditions, but there’s no cure for those conditions, so there’s no point in diagnosing them. I found that a ridiculous thing to say coming from someone employed in a rheumatology practice, given that almost all rheumatic diseases lack complete cures/treatments — treatment is geared more toward symptom management. I received no follow-up, no referrals, no treatment, etc. I’m fairly confident that if I had seen Dr. Kromo herself, I would have had an entirely different and more positive experience (like I had had my first few visits with her). Unfortunately, I was stuck seeing the PA without warning and no longer felt comfortable continuing to be seen at the practice (especially since no effort on the part of her office staff and medical assistants was made to schedule any further testing or follow-ups).

They are abusive by charging a $25 fee for a "no show fee". I called the same day I couldnt make it to the appointment and I received a bill for $25.00. This is like stealing from people. Besides when they are late we do have to wait all the time they need!!

I never had a problem with her she is Amazing with her clients .

Dr. Kromo and her entire office is a breath of fresh air. Not only did they advocate on my behalf with the insurance company but the care I received is head and shoulders above my prior Rheumatologist. She was recommended by a family member. I was skeptical at first. Changing doctors is a bit nerve-wracking. In the end I have no regrets, glad to have switched, and feel better to boot.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE. DR.KROMO IS A DYNAMIC AND VERY KNOWLEGEABLE ON HER FIELD. FIRST EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WAS WHEN I ACCOMPANIED MY WIFE 2 YEARS AGO. TODAY I WENT AS PACIENT AND I WAS THRILLED TO HAVE GONE FOR A SECOND OPINION VISIT. NOT ONLY DID SHE GAVE ME ADVICE BUT SHE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM RIGHT-A-WAY WITHOUT HESITATION (CONTRARY TO A SURGEON I HAD SEEN 2 DAYS BEFORE). MY RATING IS 5 STARS.

I have seen so many doctors and they kept giving me different medicine. Then another friend recommended I get a second opinion by Dr. Kromo. I am so thankful to have found her. She didn't treat me as if I was just a number, but she took her time and really understood my issues. She was the only one that was able to help be live an active lifestyle again. She is simply the best. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else. And her office is so nice and clean.

Dr. Kromo is very knowledgeable and compassionate however, it's a miracle if you get to see her. They now have you sign a document stating that you will see the ARNPs which are very nice but you are paying to see an MD at the very least every few visits. Makes you feel like you're in a clinic so be forewarned. Nothing against nurse practitioners they really are nice but, they should have let patients know beforehand.

Bar none, the best doctor (and I have 7 of them). Old office was a bit of a pain, it was hard to reach anyone and the waiting room didn't have enough seating. I just saw her at her new office (she moved) and these are no longer an issue.

I'm sure Dr. Kromo is a good doctor and a caring person but I found it so impossible to get through to her. Message left for her were almost never returned and then when they were it was 3 days later.
