You can’t say a colonoscopy procedure is ever a pleasant experience, but Dr. Kao and her team made it as good as it could be. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was in and out much earlier than expected, and I had a detailed report in my hand by the time I left the office. Thank you all!

The nurses were all very friendly and professional and Dr. Kao was great and did a nice job of explaining what was done and when I would get results from any testing that had to be done.

Overall a good experience for a colonosopy. Staff was very good in explaining what was happening. Only part I didn't understand was staff asked me if I heard what Doctor Kao said to me in recovery room.I was still under influence of sedation so did not know she was there talking to me

Dr Kao made the process very easy and she works quickly! I was only under anesthesia for maybe 20 minutes and the exam results were sent to me the very next day. Overall, this was as good an experience as could be expected for this type of preventative care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kao (pronounced "kay-oh").
