Dr. Patrick Joseph Daigle, MD

Dr. Daigle's behavior is erratic. He often canceled appointments. When he kept appointments, his hands were shaking, he was sweaty. He didn't seem to understand what I was saying and was unable to communicate effectively. I have changed providers.

Dr Daigle was convicted of, and pled guilty to, illegally prescribing controlled substances to himself, family and friends. He was disciplined by the NC Board of Medicine, and a public letter of concern is attached to his medical license. The public should be warned of this fact.

I was taking my Mom to Dr. Daigle as her primary care provider, and our experience was horrible! He missed several major medical issues with my Mom, which we were later told any novice doctor should have noticed immediately. We were also supposed to receive referrals to specialists that just never went through. Additionally, it's extremely difficult to reach the office by phone, and the staff is so unbelievably rude once you finally get through! I absolutely don't recommend this office!

Dr. Daigle is the worst doctor, what an absolute nightmare! He's unreliable and unethical. Melonie, his shockingly rude receptionist, is a horrible representative for his office, as well. I wouldn't recommend this office for any reason!

My rating of Dr. Daigle has always been high. I am rethinking this because of the current situation. I can't get a prescription renewed beause of the virus. No answer at the office. First time I ever heard of a doctor closing down in time of need.
