Dr. Patrick Luke Hawkins, MD

The receptionists are rude on the phone and rude in person. Especially Leann. They discriminate between people differently when they come in to the office. The small town mindset really hits home here at this clinic. The receptionists will sit and talk about people when you are sitting right in the waiting room and slam the glass door shut if you so much as look up. Like they are trying to get a point across. They are aggressive and act like they are always having a bad day and hate their job. I absolutely hate that this town has lost its courtesy and the welcoming feeling that you used to get when you went any where in Bonifay. You felt welcomed. You felt home. This is a business you are supposed to feel safe. Not chastised and judged over personal opinions of staff. That is not their job. Customer service is. It ends there. I do not recommend.

I have been going to the VA for 14 years. The service fluctuates widely depending on the facility. About a year ago I was referred to Community Care and they assigned me to Hawkins Family Medicine as my primary care provider. After dealing with the VA for 14 years, Hawkins is head and shoulders above any care that I received from the VA. I have dealt with unaddressed health concerns for 14 years with the VA that are now being addressed promptly, effectively, and professionally. Augusta Anderson, PA, and Doctor Hawkins are outstanding knowledgeable medical professionals. All of the staff and nursing personal are so very personable and friendly, but also professional. In my old age I have never seen such loving adequate care which is why I give them a five rating and would give them even higher.

I really like seeing Dr. Hawkins. He's a great Dr. although later i don't see him. I almost always have to the see an the NP. Mostly I'm ok with that. They're also good. FYI I like Jessica. But there are 2 of them. Otherwise the staff is very friendly & helpful. Its good to have him so close by.

The best very professional and very friendly staff.,new to the area and will continue to use this Doctor.

Dr. Hawkins is a great doctor. Bonifay and the surrounding area is blessed to have him in our community.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DR AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
